How it works

  • Photo from your phone or forward the supplier's email
  • The AI reads supplier, products, quantities, batches and prices
  • You review and confirm: nothing goes in without a person signing it off
  • Stock comes in by batch, with its expiry date
  • The price you paid flows into each dish's costing
  • If the supplier raised a price, you see it when confirming

Front of house can receive without seeing what you paid

Whoever receives the goods checks quantities without seeing prices. The priced delivery note is only visible to those with permission, and permission is also checked on the server.

Invoices matched to delivery notes

When the supplier's invoice arrives, it's matched to its delivery notes and anything that doesn't add up is flagged.

Frequently asked questions

What if the AI misreads something?
That's why nothing goes in on its own: the AI proposes and a person reviews and confirms each delivery note before it moves stock.
Does it work with handwritten delivery notes?
Best to try it with yours. Bring a few to the demo and we'll run them in front of you.
What if the supplier sends the delivery note by email?
You forward it to FoodSync and it comes in just like a photo.
Does it update my dish costs?
Yes. The costing uses what you paid for each batch, not a list price.
